Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing TiKi Water Bikes to manage reservations and prepare equipment safely.
Guest Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled to another available date and time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable. Depending on availability, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option at our discretion.
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without contacting TiKi Water Bikes will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride to allow time for check-in, life-jacket fitting, and safety instructions.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter ride so that other scheduled reservations are not affected. Refunds or additional riding time cannot be provided for late arrivals.
Weather and Water Conditions
Water biking is an outdoor activity, and light wind, clouds, or light rain do not automatically result in a cancellation.
TiKi Water Bikes may delay, reschedule, or cancel a booking when weather, water conditions, poor visibility, strong winds, storms, smoke, or other safety concerns make operating unsafe.
When TiKi Water Bikes cancels a booking for safety reasons, guests may choose between:
Rescheduling the booking to another available date and time
Receiving a credit for a future ride
Receiving a refund to the original payment method
The final decision regarding safe operating conditions is made by the TiKi Water Bikes team.
Operator Cancellations
TiKi Water Bikes reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to unsafe conditions, equipment issues, operational circumstances, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make every reasonable effort to contact affected guests and provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund option.
Group Bookings and Special Events
Group reservations, private events, and larger bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms. Any additional conditions will be communicated during the booking process or included in the group booking agreement.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reservations made with a gift certificate remain subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show conditions outlined above.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact TiKi Water Bikes as soon as possible and include:
The name used for the reservation
Your booking date and time
Your booking confirmation number
Your preferred new date and time, when requesting a reschedule
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
