At TiKi Water Bikes, your safety is our top priority.
Most rides operate in light wind and normal weather conditions. However, if weather conditions become unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel rides.
Rides may be affected by:
High winds
Lightning
Severe storms
Poor visibility
Other unsafe lake conditions
If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you may choose:
Reschedule your booking
Receive a ride credit for future use
Receive a refund (if no suitable alternative is available)
Light rain or cloudy weather does not automatically result in cancellations.
Weather decisions are made by TiKi Water Bikes based on current lake conditions.
