TiKi Water Bikes offers various promotions throughout the season. To ensure fairness for all guests, the following terms apply:

Only one (1) promotion, discount, coupon, or special offer may be used per booking or per ride, unless otherwise stated.
Promotions are subject to availability and may have limited quantities, dates, times, or locations.
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, membership benefit, gift certificate promotion, or discount unless specifically permitted.
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Promotions cannot be applied to previous bookings or purchases.
TiKi Water Bikes reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotion (such as student status, first-time guest status, local resident status, or return guest status).
Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised promotion period.
Promotions may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Some promotions are available only at participating TiKi Water Bikes locations.
Standard cancellation, refund, weather, and safety policies continue to apply to all promotional bookings.
If a promotion is used improperly or fraudulently, TiKi Water Bikes reserves the right to cancel the booking or charge the regular retail price.

This policy covers nearly all of your current and future promotions, so you won't need to rewrite your website every time you introduce a new offer. It also protects TiKi Water Bikes if you decide to modify or discontinue promotions during the season.
